Refund policy

Everything we make is made to order with your name, photo or logo, so it can't go back on a shelf once it's printed — but we stand behind the work.

Before we print. Change the spelling, colours or details for free any time before printing starts. Cancel before we start and you get a full refund to the same payment method.

Check your spelling. We print exactly what you type. If the name or date you gave us has a typo, message us the moment you notice — if we haven't printed yet it's free to fix; if we have, we'll reprint it at cost.

Photos and logos. For Larawan, photo lamps and logo pieces we send you a preview on Messenger before printing. What you approve is what we make.

Damaged, wrong or defective. If your piece arrives broken, misprinted, or not what you approved, send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery and we'll reprint it free — same-day in Metro Manila where we can — or refund you in full. No need to ship it back; we may collect it with the replacement.

Ready-made items (flexi dragons, gears, Matcha clickers) can be returned unused and undamaged within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange; return shipping is on you unless the item was defective.

Refunds reach your original payment method within 5–10 banking days after we confirm.
